SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages from Healing Springs Infusion Centers, you agree that Healing Springs may send SMS/text messages to the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include communications concerning appointments, appointment reminders, scheduling, referrals, patient services, administrative matters, service-related updates, and other communications related to your interactions with Healing Springs.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received in connection with our SMS program.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Healing Springs text message.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.
